2022-2023 Season

Most dual and double duel meets for the season will be held at the Parks and Recreation pool on the CSM campus:

Swimmer should arrive ~30 Mins prior to warm-ups and be on deck ready to stretch 15 mins prior to warm-ups.  

• Swimmer and volunteer check in procedure
  • Check in with team manager and coach once you are on deck
• What to bring (and what not to bring)
  • Team Suit, goggles, caps, water bottle and towels
  • a collapsible lawn chair is recommended, the visiting team(s) will be sitting in the main bleacher area on deck
  • parents that are working should have comfortable shoes for standing
• Home Meet Timeline:
  • 30 Mins for team Warm-ups
  • National Anthem and Opening Prayer
  • Meet duration 1.5 Hours.

We will have a double dual meet this year at Trinity in Washington DC.  The meet duration will be 1.5 hours.   Transportation will be provided and an early school departure can be expected.   

For Championship meets, chairs for the athletes are suggested but parents will find plenty of seating at the respective facilities.   As these meets get closer the meet organizer will provide details.   Ryken will be expected to provide workers for the WCAC meet.   We will need to run a concessions stand and coaches hospitality room.   Please notify the coach if you can support the team for the WCAC meet.
