Coaches and ADs, Please read this email verycarefully. We currently do not have enough parent volunteers on Friday OR Saturday for spectators to be allowed inside the building. Multiple emails have been sent to coaches about this over the last several weeks. There are schools bringing over 20 athletes to Friday and/or Saturday prelims that do not have any parent volunteers signed up! We are also missing two required Deck Marshall positions for Saturday prelims in order for the session to be USA-S observed. Until those positions are filled, times for Saturday prelims cannot be used for USA-S. Therefore, unless we get the required number of volunteers, spectators will not be allowed inside the building on Friday and Saturday. The doors will be locked, and spectators will be reimbursed the cost of their tickets. The only way around this is if you send the volunteer links to your families and tell them that this is the current scenario unless they sign up to volunteer.
