Ryken Swim team,

I’m going to open the WMPSSDL meet on swimtopia.  Please declare you intention to go as soon as you can.   Entries are due on Sunday at 5pm, no changes after that.   

Bus will depart the school in time to be at the Md aquatic center by 3PM.  This will give us just enough time to check in and be ready to warm-up.   Parents will need to arrange or cover transportation after that.   

It is important that you send me a letter that identifies who is authorized to pick up your Ryken swimmer if you (legal Guardian) will not be doing so.   Please be specific for the following times:   After Friday Prelims, After Saturday Morning Prelims, After Saturday night Finals.    I will also need contact phone numbers for anyone your kid might be staying with on Friday night or going to lunch with on Saturday.   This will help with coordination of times and changes that can happen during the event.   

If you need help with transportation please let me know and we will help to ensure everyone is covered.   I will be sending out a detailed schedule for the meet very soon.
