Off season Strength and Conditioning
Good afternoon swimmers and parents! Coach Mike here. At the school and finally got to meet with Mr. Connor the Wellness Director about getting you all started with some strength and conditioning work in the weight room. As it stands right now, we would start off with two days a week (Monday and Thursday), from 4:30-5:15.
While I am still waiting to get my school email, please start to think about if this is something you can do, and want to work on it. Once I have a better way to communicate with you all, I will let you know. Before we start I will need a count of how many of you want to come, so I can talk with Mr. Connor and we can plan an official start date.
I am looking forward to start working with you all to help make next season the absolute best it can be!
